Rental Rules and Contract
No parties/events
No smoking inside (Smoking ok outside, dispose of butts properly)
Dogs allowed with owner approval. No cats!
Children are welcome and the gentle waves of the Chesapeake Bay are ideal!
Minimum age of primary renter: 30
Max guests: 8 (sleeps up to 8 adults and a baby in a crib)
Quiet after 10 pm.
NOTES
A 50% deposit is required with the signed rental application and contract to confirm the reservation. Payment via personal check, Zelle, or Venmo. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed via email
